North Carolina and West Virginia Faith & Freedom Coalition to Organize Mid-November Israel Trip for Elected and Non-Elected Leaders
From NC Faith & Freedom Coalition via Facebook:
“The NC Faith and Freedom Coalition announced today that they are partnering with the West Virginia Faith and Freedom Coalition to organize a trip to Israel in mid-November. The goal of the trip is to expose current and future state-level leaders to the complexities faced by Israel, one of the United States’ strongest and longest-standing allies, and to begin to explore strategic ways that states can continue to strengthen bonds with Israel and with the Jewish people.
Participants from North Carolina will include Lt. Governor Mark Robinson, Senator Brad Overcash, and Senator Dave Craven.
NC Faith and Freedom Coalition Executive Director Jason Williams said, “We are fortunate to provide this unique opportunity that will allow elected and non-elected leaders from three different states to see firsthand what’s happening on the ground in Israel during this critical time in their nation’s history. We hope this trip is an encouragement to the people of Israel as we reaffirm our commitment that the United States stands shoulder-to-shoulder with our friends. It also is a unique opportunity for our participants to gain a better understanding of the profound challenges facing current Israeli leaders in such a volatile region of the world.”
You can follow the trip here on our Facebook page.”
Updates will be posted on WVFFC website and Facebook as well.
