Urge Your Reps. to PASS HB 3042
Call your State Delegate and Senators and urge them to pass the Religious Freedom Restoration Act - HB 3042 - this session to provide a compelling interest test should government infringe on a West Virginian’s right to freely exercise their religious beliefs. This bill provides those who feel infringed upon their day in court.
23 states have RFRA to further protect their citizens’ rights of spiritual and religious liberty - it’s time to pass RFRA in West Virginia.
